MORO Hub
Moro Hub is a Digital DEWA company offering next-generation digital
and cloud services. PTS oversaw the design, accreditation & delivery of
this flagship project.
The project was designed within the guidelines of STARS accreditation &
international standards.
Under PTS management, the project
successfully achieved Uptime’s TCDD & TCCF in addition to being the
first LEED Platinum certified Data Centre in the Middle East.
PTS was the lead consultant on the Moro Hub project, where we
contributed to the site selection exercise, project brief, concept design,
spatial coordination, technical design, RFP issuance and evaluation and
we supervised the construction activities down to the handing over to
the client. Also, there was sustainability consultancy scope which was
delivered under PTS scope.
